Our rules for a fair and enjoyable universe. The Turkish version is the binding text.

Acceptance

By signing up for or playing Astraion Online you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Account

  • You are responsible for the security of your account; never share your password.
  • Accounts are personal: they may not be sold, transferred or rented.
  • Children under 13 may not create accounts; under 18 requires parental permission.
  • Pilot names may not contain insults, hate speech, another person's identity or advertising; inappropriate names will be changed or the account closed.

Game rules

The following are forbidden:

  • Cheats, modified clients, bots, macros or tools that play the game automatically.
  • Knowingly exploiting bugs; please report any bug you find.
  • Attacking or overloading the server, or trying to access other players' accounts.
  • Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, obscenity and sharing personal information.
  • Spam, advertising and scams; buying or selling in-game items for real money.
  • Claiming to be staff or an administrator.

Virtual items

Credits, Astra, items, ships, Premium and other in-game items give you a right to use them in the game; they have no real-money value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred outside the game. We may change item properties to keep the game balanced.

Payments

Real-money purchases do not exist yet. When they are added, payment terms and refund rules will be clearly stated on this page and on the purchase screen.

Sanctions

Accounts that break the rules may receive a warning or a temporary or permanent ban, and unfair gains may be reversed. Write to us to appeal.

Service

The game is provided "as is". Maintenance, updates or failures may cause interruptions; we may change the game's content and add or remove features. Premium and booster time does not run while the server is down.

Intellectual property

The Astraion Online name, logo, art, sounds, code and story are protected. Content creators may share screenshots and videos of the game for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
